Our Innovation Centres provide a community to support businesses of all sizes, helping to drive innovation in the areas of low-carbon and flood resilience, while our Enterprise Centre is a thriving community of ambitious start-ups.

We'll help you develop your ideas, grow your business and connect with like-minded organisations and research experts.  You’ll have access to specialist workshop facilities, modern meeting, event and conference spaces.  You can also benefit from a number of workspaces designed to encourage collaboration, inspire innovation and accelerate business growth.

Entrepreneurial community

You'll be surrounded by a community of like-minded, enthusiastic, inspiring entrepreneurs. We can help you connect to other businesses or to our colleagues within the University to share knowledge, experience and expertise. We're developing a business network club to bring you together with existing businesses to create a thriving business ecosystem. You’ll also have access to a number of funding opportunities and research expertise.

Aura Innovation Centre

The Aura Innovation Centre (AIC) is a community that supports businesses of all sizes, helping them to accelerate low-carbon projects, drive green innovation and deliver clean business growth.
We help businesses to get their carbon reducing innovation ideas off the ground through specialist funding support, access to advanced testing facilities and the right expertise to help deliver your project.
Whether that idea is a new product, process or service, we’ll help you to deliver it.
